The Daring Game (Sonamy story). Part 1

I lay on my bed looking up at the ceiling. I was meant to be helping Vanilla with her garden today but I just didn't feel like it. I stared at the photo of me and Sonic that was on the wall. Maybe I should give up.... 

"HEY AMY! Can I come in?" 

I spun around and looked at the window. Sonic stood there with a green chaos emerald in his hand. 

"Not again... If you're going to steal Shadows chaos emerald don't expect me to help you every time!" I said angrily but I couldn't help feeling happy to see him. 

" It won't happen again I promise" he replied. 

I sighed and walked over to the window. I quickly opened it while Sonic slipped in. He began spinning the chaos emerald in his hand with a smile on his face. 

"Thanks Amy! I owe you big time" he said. 

I stared at Sonic, he was so reckless and irresponsible but that's what I loved about him. His emerald eyes sparkled as he smiled at me and for a moment our eyes gazed into each others. That's when I had an idea. 

"Sonic.. you like games right?" I said. 

"Your eyes are amazing... Um sorry yeah I like games?" he said while looking embarrassed.

"Lets do dares then.. You did say you owed me" I said eventually.

" Well ok? Who's going first?" he asked. 

" Me. I dare you to spend a whole night with me in a hotel and if you say no we'll see what Shadow thinks about you stealing his chaos emerald" I said". 

" In a hotel doing what?" He said. 

" Well.. I never get to talk to you enough, we could talk about stuff" I said.   

I couldn't tell what Sonic was thinking, he wasn't giving anything away. Finally he said " I'm in if you're in". 

He walked up to me and gently pushed me away from the window. He pushed it open and slipped outside "See ya later Amy" he said

"You left your chaos emerald" I shouted after him. 

" You keep it" he replied as he ran off.  

I picked up the green chaos emerald and stared into it. Would he actually come? I guess I'd have to wait until night time.
